On 14 July the Human Rights Council held its 53rd ordinary Session and ended following the adoption of 30 resolutions and holding an emergency session.

According to the ODVV research team a summary of these documents are as follows:
- 1 resolution on Item 1, working agenda on organizational issues and procedures that include: confronting religious hatred which causes discrimination, enmity and violence.
- 3 resolutions on Item 3 working agenda on the promotion and protection of all human rights including right to development: human rights situation in Eritrea, Rohingwa Muslims and the implementation of resolution 36/31 the impact of Israel’s settlements construction on the rights of Palestinians).
- 20 resolutions on Item 3 on the promotion and protection of all human rights such as right to development that include: special rapporteur’s mandate on extrajudicial killings, trade and human rights, the Independent Expert on human rights and international solidarity’s mandate, human rights and climate change, right to education, elimination of discrimination against persons suffering from lepercy, human trafficking women and children in particular, extreme poverty and human rights, strengthening international cooperation on human rights, civil society environment, impact of movement of arms on human rights, special rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities mandate, equality in citizenship rights in the law and practice, negative impact of corruption on the enjoyment of human rights, premature and forced marriages of children, migrants human rights, speeding of efforts to eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls, help development for the enjoyment of human rights by all, new digital technology.
- 2 resolutions on Item 4 on the situation of human rights which require the attention of the Council that include: human rights situation in Syria, human rights situation in Belarus.
- 1 resolution o Item 5 on human rights bodies and mechanisms, specifically the social forum.
- 1 resolution on Item 9 on racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and all forms related to intolerance, implementation of the Durban Declaration and action plans that include: discord between democracy and racism.
- 2 resolutions on Item 10 on technical assistance and capacity building that include, strengthening technical cooperation and capacity building on human rights in Columbia, cooperation and aid to Ukraine on human rights matters.
